Dear precious baby angel,
You’re headed to France in TWO DAYS! I am so excited for you!! You are going to have such an amazing summer in Marseille, I can’t wait to hear about all your adventures whenever we can talk. You have been such an inspiration for me this past year, I really hope you know how much you mean to me. I miss not seeing you everyday and running around the house playing pranks! Skype me every second of everyday that you’re not working and like I told you, I NEED YOUR ADDRESS! :)))) you’re my baby angel and I’ll be thinking of you and praying for you as you embark on your big summer journey.

I haven’t gotten on Tumblr and actually talked about my life in a while…so…no time like the present! 

My best friend and I are currently living at the house my grandparents left to my dad on Hilton Head Island, in the great state of South Carolina! We’ve only been here for two weeks, so clearly we’re locals already. I think I have finally settled into the swing of ACTUALLY living on my own—not in a dorm, not in a sorority house, no parents—just Jessica and I. I make all my own food (minus the occasional Panera or Dunkin run, nobody’s perfect), clean the house, do laundry…it’s exciting!! Not to mention I’ve just started a new job which I really like! It’s at a super tourist attraction of a restaurant, and has awesome food and the staff is fun. (Kind of ghetto….but fun!) Also, Jess and I have been going out almost every night. We knew two boys already and they have introduced us to so many people! Every night is a different adventure and chance to make even more friends…and meet tha fellazz. 

It’s almost unbelievable how much has changed for me over the past few years. Since starting college I’ve been through a lot of struggle, but infinitely more joy. My sophomore year has shown me time and time again how blessed I am. I am so happy with every single thing in my life; genuinely. I am becoming the person I am looking for is looking for, I am becoming stronger, but most of all I am trying to become an adult. 

Well..maybe not too quickly.
